Sometimes this begins with gentle changes. A size that fits just right. A tone that feels more familiar. A layout that responds better to your space. These adaptations are created within the Zarié world, ensuring the piece remains true to our design language while becoming uniquely yours.

At other times, a space calls for something entirely new.

If you are imagining a carpet, runner, or rug for a particular place, mood, or purpose, we invite you to share your idea with us. We approach these requests as design conversations. We listen, understand the intent, and translate it into a piece shaped by both your vision and our aesthetic.

The process is simple and personal. You write to us with your idea and the space it is meant for. We guide you through what is possible, confirm the design direction, timeline, and pricing, and then create the piece especially for you.

Because these pieces are prepared exclusively on request, full payment is required before production begins, and customised pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
