Because of the thoughtful and limited nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defect, or receiving an incorrect item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please write to us at
care@zariehome.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assist you better, we kindly request that you record a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel. This helps us verify the condition of the item and process your request smoothly.

Once we receive your message and supporting details, our care team will guide you through the next steps.

Sale and promotional orders

Items purchased during a sale or special offer follow the same return conditions. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For orders placed using promotional offers, bundles, or multi-item pricing, any original benefits will be recalculated if only part of the order is returned.
