Our products are designed and prepared specifically for your order, which means your order may require additional time before it is ready to be shipped. We believe this process allows us to maintain the quality and attention to detail that goes into every Zarié piece.

Order Processing & Delivery

Once your order is successfully placed, it is processed and prepared for dispatch.

We aim to deliver orders within 10–12 days across India, from the date of order confirmation.

As our products are prepared after receiving an order, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the product, production requirements, order volume and delivery location.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Product preparation or manufacturing requirements

• High order volumes

• Courier or logistics delays

• Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances

• Remote or difficult-to-service delivery locations

• Public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If there is a significant delay with your order, our team will keep you informed wherever reasonably possible.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping and tracking information through the contact details provided at checkout.

You can use the tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your name, phone number and complete delivery address are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Zarié will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may make multiple attempts to deliver your order.

If a shipment is returned to Zarié because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package or an unavailable recipient, additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipment is requested.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your order is placed.

Shipping offers, including free shipping, may be offered from time to time and will be subject to the terms mentioned with the relevant offer.

Delivery Across India

Zarié currently delivers across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary for certain remote or non-serviceable areas.
